Do you ship to my country?

During checkout, you will see a list of countries we can ship to. If the country of your shipping address is not included in the list, it means we cannot ship to this country due to slow shipping times, expensive prices and/or customs issues.

Is it Free shipping for all countries?

It is free shipping for most countries. But for some countries with relatively underdeveloped logistics, we will charge $5~15 for shipping. Please check the shipping costs on the checkout page.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship via YunExpress/USPS/Cainiao or other couriers. It might take up to 5~9 business days (about 2 weeks) to arrive.

Hong long does order processing take?

For items that are currently in stock, we strive to process orders within 1~2 business days. It is important to note that certain orders may experience delays due to order processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

How can I check my order status?

As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your package! You can click the tracking button to view the delivery status. 

If you do not receive an email notification, it is possible that your mailbox is full or the email address you entered is incorrect. Please contact us at office@ragnok.net to confirm.

Lost Package/Unusual Package

  1. In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, RAGNOK will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: office@ragnok.net
  2. RAGNOK will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to modify your order address, please contact us at office@ragnok.net within 2 hours after placing your order. We will not be able to modify the address after the time has expired. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment agency, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Will I be charged for customs duty?

Tax policies vary from country to country. For customers from the European Union, the United States, Türkiye and other countries, there is no need to pay additional taxes when purchasing our products. We have borne and will pay customs duties and taxes when mailing the package. For other countries, such as Brazil, additional taxes may be required if randomly inspected, and this part will be borne by the customer.
